5 for location!!!5 for the host!!I would stay here again. The renters just need to understand that this is an older home and that rather than updating things doorknobs for bedrooms and bathrooms the owners prefer to keep the style in the genre of the early days. So things like doors that don't latch and lock may make seome guests uncomfortable. There were a few mishaps that happened on the visit - which were not the hosts fault - and they did an outstanding job under the circumstances to accommodate us and make the situation far better than it could have been. Our family LOVED the location and the hot tub (it's smaller than normal - but sufficient). The kids LOVED the arcade games in the basement. There was ample supplies of trashbags, laundry soap, kitchen, basics (spices and oil). You do need to provide your own body wash and shampoo though. Overall you cannot beat the location and we would stay here

This was a great space for our group. The living room-dining room area accommodated us well and we had the room to play different games during our time. The front deck had a lot of room and looked out onto the beach. We appreciated the numerous bedrooms, comfortable beds and short distance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My grandchildren lived the pingpong table and arcade games. The view was nice and lived all the bedrooms. Host was responsive.

Perfect location, even with the hotel and power lines. Very roomy home. Basement has a mold issue, but they are now aware of it. Wish we had more time there!!

The home was comfortable for our family of 12, with plenty of things for the kids to do. The beach is just across the street and shops are walking distance nearby. We enjoyed the deck with plenty of seating, hot tub and a beach view. Would stay here again. There weren't quite enough washcloths or silverware for our group, but made due.
